  • Build strong relationships with key supply chain partners and act as a senior escalation point on live projects.
  • Provide regular portfolio performance reporting to senior leadership.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in construction and project leadership.
  • Extensive experience within data centres, mission-critical, industrial or infrastructure environments.

  • Strong knowledge across construction management, project controls, planning, procurement, contract administration and commissioning.
  • Experience delivering projects through Design & Build, EPC, Management Contracting and/or traditional procurement models.
  • Strong understanding of major contract frameworks, including FIDIC or comparable forms of contract.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex relationships across clients, contractors, suppliers and authorities.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and project reporting tools.
  • Experience working across international and multicultural project environments.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Join a growing international data centre platform with an expanding development portfolio.
  • Take a senior leadership position with responsibility across multiple major projects.
  • Work on large-scale 100MW+ hyperscale and mission-critical developments.
  • Influence construction strategy from pre-construction through to operational handover.
  • Opportunity to shape construction standards, delivery methodologies and regional teams.
  • Work closely with senior leadership across development, design, commercial, commissioning and operations.
