As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be the primary interface between the company and their clients—owning relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring their solutions are tailored to meet performance, sustainability, and operational goals. This role combines deep technical knowledge with commercial insight and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical point of contact for a portfolio of key clients in London and surrounding areas.
- Provide strategic guidance on system upgrades, energy-saving initiatives, and integration with other smart technologies.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams and third-party vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive service and support.
Experience Required:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), preferably platforms like Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, or Honeywell.
- Strong understanding of HVAC control systems, energy management, and building automation principles.
- Experience interpreting technical specifications and producing accurate system designs or proposals.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., HND/HNC, engineering degree, BMS-specific certifications) are advantageous.
