A growing smart-building and BMS specialist is looking for a Technical Compliance Manager to take ownership of technical standards, compliance and engineering quality across the business. This is a key role for someone who understands BMS technically but also enjoys process, standards, documentation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own technical compliance processes across BMS projects and service operations.
- Develop and maintain engineering standards and procedures.
- Review project documentation, specifications and technical submissions.
- Carry out technical audits and quality reviews.
- Ensure systems and installations comply with relevant standards.
- Support engineering teams with technical guidance.
