Technical Compliance Manager

Own technical compliance processes across BMS projects and service operations.

Review project documentation, specifications and technical submissions.

Carry out technical audits and quality reviews.

Ensure systems and installations comply with relevant standards.

Produce reports and recommendations for management.

Maintain technical documentation and compliance records.

Support training and development of engineering teams.

Work with project, service and operations teams to improve technical quality.

Strong technical background within BMS, controls or building services.

Understanding of BMS design, commissioning and service.

Experience with technical compliance, QA or engineering standards.

Ability to communicate technical requirements to engineers and management.
