Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse building energy consumption.
- Identify energy-saving opportunities through BMS and building controls.
- Review building performance and operational data.
- Work with clients to develop energy reduction strategies.
- Analyse BMS trends and identify inefficient operation.
- Produce energy performance reports and recommendations.
- Work alongside BMS engineers to implement optimisation measures.
- Monitor savings and measure performance improvements.
- Support energy audits and client reviews.
- Present technical findings to customers and stakeholders.
Experience
- Experience in energy management, building performance or BMS.
- Understanding of HVAC systems and building controls.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience working with BMS trend data.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and carbon reduction principles.
