We're looking for a commercially minded BMS Contracts Manager to manage customer relationships, contracts and delivery across a portfolio of BMS projects and service agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage BMS contracts from mobilisation through delivery.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Monitor project/service performance against contractual requirements.
  • Manage variations, additional works and commercial opportunities.
  • Monitor budgets, costs and margins.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Attend client meetings and progress reviews.
  • Resolve contractual and delivery issues.
  • Work closely with project and service teams.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth.

  • Previous experience within BMS/building controls.
  • Contracts, project or commercial management experience.
  • Strong understanding of BMS projects and service.
