Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day BMS operational activity.
- Manage engineering and operational resources.
- Improve processes, workflow and operational efficiency.
- Monitor project and service delivery.
- Work closely with senior management on business performance.
- Manage internal teams and external subcontractors.
- Support recruitment and workforce planning.

Experience
- Significant BMS/building controls experience.
