Key Responsibilities:- Reporting to CEO
- Support the Sales and Proposals teams on all enquiries with a focus and drive for a successful outcome.
- To review and present all contractual risks to the Associate Commercial Director, CEO and Commercial Committee before any new contracts are entered into.
- Ensure all contract documents are accurately presented, authorised, distributed and ensure compliance with current legal legislation and processes of the company and the customer.
- Support the accounts team to action and resolve any invoicing issues in a timely manner.
- Experience working with NEC, MF1, Fidic, IChemE and JCT type contracts
- Engineering background Electrical, Mechanical or relevant qualifications required (HNC, NVQ etc)
- Civil or structural engineering
