Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 Yearly Bonus Car Allowance Hybrid Working Pension Healthcare

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of automation and control projects across multiple data centre sites in the London region.
  • Oversee design, installation, and commissioning of PLC/SCADA control systems (Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider platforms).
  • Manage ongoing service contracts, ensuring uptime, resilience, and compliance with data centre standards.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and direction to project and service engineers.
  • Develop automation strategies that improve system performance, energy efficiency, and scalability.
  • Act as a key client interface, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Required Experience:
  • Proven background managing automation or control system projects within data centres, industrial facilities, or other mission-critical environments.
  • Strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, and industrial communication networks.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across project delivery and service operations.
  • Excellent client-facing and commercial management skills.
