Own the customer relationship from contract award through delivery.
We're looking for a commercially minded BMS Contracts Manager to manage customer relationships, contracts and delivery across a portfolio of BMS projects and service agreements.
Responsibilities
- Manage BMS contracts from mobilisation through delivery.
- Maintain relationships with key customers.
- Monitor project/service performance against contractual requirements.
- Manage variations, additional works and commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate engineering resources.
- Monitor budgets, costs and margins.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Attend client meetings and progress reviews.
- Resolve contractual and delivery issues.
- Work closely with project and service teams.
- Identify opportunities for account growth.
Experience
- Previous experience within BMS/building controls.
- Contracts, project or commercial management experience.
- Strong understanding of BMS projects and service.
- Excellent customer management skills.
- Commercially aware and financially astute.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
