We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Building Management Systems (BMS) to lead the delivery of projects across commercial and industrial environments. This role is responsible for managing projects from design and planning through to commissioning and handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of BMS projects, including HVAC controls, integration, upgrades, and new installations
- Coordinate internal engineering teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource plans
- Monitor project progress, manage variations, and report on performance
- Support commissioning, testing, and final handover to the client
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and value engineering
Proven experience managing BMS / Building Automation projects
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, control strategies, and system integration
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial awareness, including cost control and contract management
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) – desirable
CSCS / SMSTS or equivalent (where applicable)
