The Senior Systems Integration Engineer role:
The Senior Systems Integration Engineer is a new and exciting role at Clear Voice. You will bring coherence to a complex multi-platform environment and build a connected data ecosystem across our enterprise systems. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will serve as Clear Voice's authoritative technical voice across internal teams, managed service providers, customers, and commercial partners.

Key responsibilities of our Senior Systems Integration Engineer:
- Authoritative MSP Oversight: Serve as the definitive technical point of contact for all third-party MSPs. Evaluate proposals, hold providers accountable to SLAs, and ensure delivery aligns with our architectural vision.
- Enterprise Ecosystem Integration: Hands-on design, testing, and maintenance of integrations between enterprise applications and business systems via APIs.
- Stakeholder Bridge Building: Act as the primary technical mediator between vendors, internal teams, and non-technical stakeholders. Translate vendor complexity into clear business insight.
- Calm Crisis Negotiation: Lead technical triage during outages or high-pressure delivery cycles, managing multi-vendor conflict and directing teams to resolution.
Working closely with internal teams, MSPs, and stakeholders, you will integrate and drive progress across five workstreams:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM: stabilisation, data integrity, compliance, and partnership with the implementation team.
- Microsoft Business Central: rapid technical assessment, resolution of configuration and functional gaps in partnership with the IT team, and validation of data integrity.
- SaaS Platform Upgrade: assessment, improvement priorities with the third-party owner, proof of concepts, and contribution to the post-upgrade technical roadmap.
- Data Integration and Connected Ecosystem: technical oversight, integration architecture review, and connecting siloed systems toward a unified data environment.
- MSP Coordination and Stakeholder Leadership: serving as the technical voice of Clear Voice across all MSPs, building consensus across conflicting interests, and incorporating customer feedback into technical decisions.
The experience and skills you need:
- A genuine commitment to social impact and alignment with a mission-driven organisation.
- Experience participating in pre-sales or commercial discussions with strong technical credibility and the ability to shape solutions with clients.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across interconnected systems and third-party platforms.
- Ability to present technical architecture to an executive or customer as easily as you can dive into code and data pipelines.
- Ability to work in fragmented environments and build alignment across multiple MSPs without needing formal authority.
