As a Regional Vice President of Sales, you will be building and leading a team that is transforming the way restaurants operate. You will be responsible for leading a team of District Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives across a specified region to meet and exceed unit, revenue, employee NPS, and customer NPS objectives. Responsibilities: Hire, retain, and motivate high-performing sales teams and sales leaders to drive results Provide strategic vision and planning with ongoing coaching to ensure team members meet and exceed sales objectives Develop systems to measure progress, monitor risks, and implement necessary changes Promote trust and collaboration to resolve conflicts and manage change effectively Guide sales strategies in the UK, including organizational structure and lead sources Understand the payment processing industry and develop a GTM strategy based on our payments model Collaborate with onboarding to ensure successful customer go-lives Report on competitive intelligence in the European market and strategize growth initiatives Manage quarterly OKRs to align team strategy and track sales performance Requirements: Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels Proven sales success in launching new products or entering new markets Experience working collaboratively to create results-driven, team-oriented environments Knowledge of Challenger methodology, sales funnel management, and data-driven operations Our Total Rewards: We offer competitive compensation and benefits to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
