Clear Search Recruitment are currently looking for a Used Car Sales Person to work on behalf of our client based in Hinckley, Leicestershire. This is a permanent role with uncapped commission (realistic OTE of £45,000 P/A). Top performers are achieving £60,000+.
Duties:
- Welcoming customers to the showroom and offering support.
- Understanding what the customer wants to be able to match them to the right vehicle.
- Delivering a top quality service from start to finish.
- Arranging test drives.
- Upselling.
About the candidate:
- Must have previous experience in face-to-face sales (automotive or a similar industry).
- You must be driven.
- You must be approachable and friendly.
- You must be able to adapt to strike up conversation with various different people.
- You must have a full UK driving licence.
Benefits:

Working hours:
- 5 days out of 7 (weekends are required).
- Opening hours are 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm on Saturday and 10am - 4pm on Sunday.
