Test Manager -Banking

We’re hiring an experienced Test Manager for our financial services client. You’ll play a critical role in making sure the solution is robust, ready, and genuinely delivers for the business. This is a hands-on role that needs someone who can join the dots, spot the gaps, and work across multiple teams and suppliers to get things over the line.

Your impact:

✅ Shape and run the full test strategy – from planning through to execution

✅ Coordinate system, integration, UAT and regression testing across workstreams

✅ Lead defect triage, risk mitigation and test readiness activities

✅ Ensure testing aligns with regulatory and business requirements

✅ Manage third-party QA suppliers and offshore test teams

✅ Track dependencies and unblock issues to keep things moving

✅ Support business readiness with training, comms and go-live input

✅ Work across Agile and Waterfall – flexing where the project needs it

What you’ll bring:

✔️ Proven track record in testing large-scale, multi-team transformations

✔️Financial Services experience 

✔️ Hands-on approach with the confidence to lead from the front

✔️ Strong understanding of risk-based testing, traceability and compliance

✔️ Experienced in managing vendors, offshore teams and internal SMEs

✔️ Clear communicator – able to bring stakeholders on the journey
