My financial services client is looking for a Mortgages Project Manager. To be considered for this role, you MUST be able to evidence the following on your CV:

  • Experience project managing the implementation of a new mortgages or savings platform.
  • The ability to cover both technical and business workstreams (you need to understand the end-to-end mortgages or savings process).
  • The ability to operate in the detail (there isn’t a big team behind you so you need to be willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in).
  • The gravitas to manage 3rd parties strongly holding them accountable to their commitments and challenging things that don’t stack up.
  • The ability to motivate a team not used to delivering large scale change.
  • Making work visible and maximising the time doing work (rather than being in meetings).

Our financial services client based in the East Midlands is undertaking a large scale transformation and seeking a Project Manager to join them for a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be required to be onsite 3 days per week.

In addition to the above requirements, you will be a seasoned Project Manager with experience across both technical and business driven projects and have the battle scars to prove it. You will be able to bring transformation experience and energy to a team that is much more accustomed to BAU than delivering change. You will be working across the entire organisation from exec level through to teams on the ground and have the skills to communicate effectively with all of them.

Salary to £75k (no travel expenses provided). If you can demonstrate the above on your CV, I would love to hear from you. Unfortunately there is no sponsorship available for this role.
