Clear Point Recruitment are delighted to be working with an ethical and proactive energy consultancy based in the Newcastle area. My client are relatively new but are certainly making waves in an extremely strong and thriving North East market. They are a professional, employee driven business that are currently expanding rapidly and looking for experienced energy professionals to fill a range of roles.

I am primarily recruiting for a suitably experienced Team Manager, ideally with 2 years of energy experience and experience within a similar leadership position.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • 2 years of energy experience including some experience in a similar role.
  • Willingness to work toward a financial target and the ability to push your team in order to achieve.
  • Drive team KPI's and continuous improvement.
  • Resilience and determination to succeed are a must.
  • Hands on approach.
  • Staff appraisals, training, development and general team maintenance.
In Return:
  • Competitive salary + uncapped commission.
  • OTE £70-80k.
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, full time, permanent role.
  • Ongoing training and support given.
