Clear Point recruitment are pleased to be working with an ethical proactive Energy brokerage based in the North East of England. The organisation is easy going, professional and most of all employee driven. They are currently recruiting for Lead generators and Account Managers.
Competitive salary + uncapped commission. A great sales opportunity within an energetic and highly successful working environment. You will be responsible for supporting the team by talking to businesses throughout the UK & generating sales leads by providing energy solutions. If you're a goal setter and have a can do attitude this role is right for you.
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-5:00pm. Additional hours may be required in order to hit target.
Job Duties:
- Outbound dialing B2B
- Hitting KPI's & targets
- Objection Handling
- Manage call backs
- Maintain and develop relationships
- Possible early finish or full Friday off when hit target
Sales & energy industry experience is essential with a proven track record of hitting targets.
