Clear Point Recruitment are delighted to be working with an ethical and proactive energy consultancy based in Durham. They are a relatively new consultancy but are making waves in the extremely strong North East market. They are a professional, employee driven business that are currently expanding rapidly.

I am currently recruiting for Lead Generators as part of their current expansion. Competitive salary + uncapped commission. OTE £30-60k. Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, full time, permanent role. Ongoing training and support given.

The role:

  • As an Energy Consultant, you will be making outbound B2B, sourcing and generating new business.
  • You will be working to KPI’s and rewarded with an uncapped commission structure (realistic OTE £60K+).

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong, resilient telephone manner.
  • Strong B2B Sales background, ideally within the energy sector

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and prospect new business
  • Client account management
  • Hitting KPI’s and targets
  • Accurate recording of sales info & customer details
  • Strong work ethic

You:
