SEN Teaching Assistant / SEN Support Worker opportunities available across London.
Clear Path Education is currently recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants and SEN Support Workers for day-to-day, short-term, and long-term roles in primary, secondary, and specialist SEN schools across London. We work with a wide range of settings, including mainstream schools with SEN units, specialist SEN schools, and alternative provisions, offering opportunities that match your experience and availability.
The Role
- Provide 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with special educational needs
- Support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural needs
- Assist pupils with emotional regulation, engagement, and classroom routines
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement support strategies
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or young people (school, SEN, or care setting)
- A calm, patient, and professional approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a school team
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
