Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring students receive exceptional support throughout their higher education journey. As part of our Support Delivery Service team, you\βll play a key role in helping students and support workers have a smooth and positive experience with Clear Links.
You\βll look after a group of remote support workers and the students they work with, acting as a helpful and reliable point of contact for day-to-day queries. This is a varied, people-focused role where organisation, clear communication, and empathy are just as important as attention to detail. You\βll be supported by the wider team and given the opportunity to build your knowledge and confidence over time.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and coordinating a group of remote support workers
- Making sure students have the right support in place at the right time
- Communicating with students, support workers, universities, and funding bodies
- Building positive working relationships with a range of people
- Keeping accurate records and handling information confidentially
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Occasionally attending meetings or events related to the role

Qualifications
- Lived experience of higher education (degree-level) or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a range of stakeholders across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- High attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build rapport with others
- Effective time management and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and a proactive attitude
Desirable Criteria (nice to have)
- Awareness of safeguarding and student wellbeing practices
- Confidence in signposting to relevant services
- Ability to deliver or contribute to internal training
