About the job
As part of our Support Delivery Service team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring students and support workers have a positive experience with Clear Links.
You’ll oversee a group of remote support workers and the students they support, acting as a reliable point of contact for day‑to‑day queries. This is a varied, people‑focused role where organisation, clear communication and empathy are just as important as attention to detail.
You’ll be supported by the wider team and be given the opportunity to build your knowledge and confidence over time.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and coordinating a group of remote support workers
- Making sure students have the right support in place at the right time
- Communicating with students, support workers, universities, and funding bodies
- Building positive working relationships with a range of people
- Keeping accurate records and handling information confidentially
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Occasionally attending meetings or events related to the role
