You will have a strong background in bridging finance, specialist finance or mortgage brokerage, with a good understanding of the UK lending market.
Essential Experience
- Strong experience in bridging, specialist finance or mortgage brokerage.
- Good knowledge of UK lender criteria and funding solutions.
- Experience assessing, qualifying and packaging finance enquiries.
- Strong understanding of the bridging market.
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage high volumes of work.
- Commercially focused with a proactive approach to business development.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Team leadership or mentoring experience is desirable.
