Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is assisting a Reading-based firm to hire an experienced Special Educational Needs Solicitor on a hybrid basis. You will manage a SEN caseload and support the team on complex matters, liaising with families, schools, local authorities, experts and Tribunals to provide high-quality legal advice and representation.

The role requires a qualified solicitor with SEN law experience, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and the ability to work independently.
