Our client, a highly regarded commercial law firm, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate to join its established Real Estate Finance team based in their Manchester offices.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex real estate finance transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring matters are delivered efficiently and to the highest professional standards.
Advise a broad range of lender clients, including banks, financial institutions, alternative lenders and investors, on secured lending transactions involving a variety of commercial property assets.
Draft, review and negotiate facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, security documentation, guarantees and all ancillary finance documents.
Work closely with colleagues across the firm s Real Estate, Corporate and Banking teams to deliver seamless, commercially focused advice on multi-disciplinary transactions.
Take responsibility for transaction management, coordinating internal teams and external advisers to ensure successful deal execution within agreed timescales.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser and identifying opportunities to provide additional legal services.
