My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Public Law Solicitor to join their team based in their Bolton offices The Role Manage your own caseload of care and public law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
Undertake advocacy where appropriate.
Work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
Support the supervision and development of the public law team.
Provide guidance and training to colleagues where required.
Maintain high standards of client care and legal practice.
About You Experience in public law, particularly care proceedings.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
