My Client is looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their busy Wills ll work alongside experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to a broad range of Private Client matters while developing your technical knowledge and building your own caseload.
Key Responsibilities Manage your own developing caseload of Private Client matters with appropriate supervision.
Advise clients on: Wills Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Probate and Estate Administration Court of Protection matters Draft Wills, LPAs and other Private Client documentation.
Prepare and submit Probate Registry applications.
Deliver a compassionate, professional service to elderly, vulnerable and bereaved clients.
Attend appointments at the office, clients homes and care settings where required.
Maintain accurate case records using the case management system.
Prepare correspondence and legal documentation to a high standard.
Ensure files are managed efficiently and deadlines are met.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide an excellent client experience.
Take an active role in your own professional development and continuous learning.
About You Qualified Solicitor status (or is due to qualify shortly).
