Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their expanding Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment, with genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.
The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership and Help to Buy matters
- General residential property work
You will maintain excellent client relationships, liaise with third parties, ensure matters progress efficiently and deliver outstanding client care throughout the transaction.
Requirements
- Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Client-focused with a commercial approach
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Existing introducer relationships are advantageous but not essential
