An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established law firm with a strong client base and ambitions to expand further.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion
- Advising on commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Handling landlord and tenant matters and commercial leases
- Acting on development site acquisitions and property investment transactions
- Advising on refinancing, secured lending and option agreements
- Dealing with conditional contracts and general commercial property transactions
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Commercial Property / Commercial Real Estate
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
- Client-focused, proactive and relationship-driven
- Experience dealing with developers, investors, lenders or commercial asset transactions (desirable)
