My client is seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with up to five years post-qualification experience to join their busy and highly regarded Dispute Resolution team based in Margate.
The role involves managing your own caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues on more complex matters. Your work is likely to include:
- Property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters
- Employment disputes
- Probate and inheritance disputes
- Contractual disputes
- Boundary and neighbour disputes
- General commercial litigation
About you:
- A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Experienced in managing a litigation caseload
- Confident handling court proceedings and dispute resolution processes
- An excellent communicator with strong client care skills
- Empathetic, commercially aware and solutions focused
- Keen to contribute to the continued success and growth of the team
Salary and benefits:
- Competitive salary, dependent on experience
- Permanent position
- Full-time hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
