Job Description Our client, based in in Guildford, Surrey, is seeking a Tax Manager to join its specialist tax team. Manage a portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients, ensuring high-quality compliance and advisory services. Provide advice on areas including inheritance tax, estate planning, capital gains tax and R&D tax relief. Oversee and review tax returns, computations, P11Ds, Employment Related Securities (ERS) filings and ATED returns. Manage project delivery, budgets and client expectations. Support business development activities, networking and client growth initiatives. Approximately 4–5 years’ experience within a tax-focused role in accountancy practice. Strong personal tax compliance experience is essential. Corporate tax and advisory experience is advantageous. Strong technical and analytical abilities, with experience using tax and accountancy software (IRIS experience beneficial). Proven experience managing, developing and mentoring tax professionals. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. ~ Option to buy or sell additional holiday.
