Our client, based in Colchester is excited to announce that they are recruiting a Financial Advisor to join their growing team.
Responsibilities Provide independent financial advice across pensions, investments, protection and wealth management.
Manage and develop an existing client portfolio while generating new business through referrals, networking and professional relationships.
Deliver compliant, client-focused financial planning in line with FCA regulations and company standards.
Build long-term client relationships and support business growth.
Use financial planning technology including Conquest, Planner Pal and Power BI.
Maintain CPD and regulatory competence.
Key Requirements Minimum 5 years experience as an Independent Financial Adviser.
Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) in Financial Planning.
Strong knowledge of UK financial services, pensions, investments and protection.
Excellent communication, analytical and relationship management skills.
Commercially minded with a proven ability to develop business and manage client relationships.
