My client is seeking a Wills and Probate Lawyer to join its Doncaster office on a Full-time or Part-time basis.

This role is suited to a solicitor, legal executive or experienced fee earner with solid private client experience, particularly in wills, probate and estate administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload and providing a high standard of client care.

  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Inheritance tax and estate planning matters
  • General private client advisory work Requirements
  • experience in wills and probate work;
  • the ability to manage a caseload effectively;

  • a professional and collaborative approach.
