My client is seeking a specialist private family law firm with a strong reputation for practical, client-focused advice in children and financial matters to join their team in Doncaster.
The Role
- managing divorce, separation, financial remedy and private children matters;
- advising on cohabitation disputes, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements and protective injunctions;
- handling TOLATA matters where appropriate, with TOLATA experience being ideal;
- supervising and developing junior staff;
- supporting the wider family team;
- attending networking events and assisting with business development;
- contributing to the continued growth of the Doncaster office and the wider firm.
- Ideal Candidate
- ideally 8+ years’ PQE in family law, although strong candidates with relevant experience will be considered;
- experience in both children and financial remedy matters;
- TOLATA experience is ideal;
- ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision;
- excellent client care, drafting and communication skills;
- strong commercial awareness and a good billing record;
- experience or willingness to supervise and develop junior colleagues;
- willingness to network and assist with business development;
- ambition to grow within the firm;
- confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office;
- a professional, organised and team-focused approach.
