Our client, based in Colchester is excited to announce that they are recruiting a Financial Advisor to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide independent financial advice across pensions, investments, protection and wealth management.
- Manage and develop an existing client portfolio while generating new business through referrals, networking and professional relationships.
- Deliver compliant, client-focused financial planning in line with FCA regulations and company standards.
- Build long-term client relationships and support business growth.
- Use financial planning technology including Conquest, Planner Pal and Power BI.
- Maintain CPD and regulatory competence.
- Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Independent Financial Adviser.
- Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) in Financial Planning.
- Strong knowledge of UK financial services, pensions, investments and protection.
- Excellent communication, analytical and relationship management skills.
- Commercially minded with a proven ability to develop business and manage client relationships.
