Job Description Our client, based in Colchester is excited to announce that they are recruiting a Financial Advisor to join their growing team. Provide independent financial advice across pensions, investments, protection and wealth management. Manage and develop an existing client portfolio while generating new business through referrals, networking and professional relationships. Deliver compliant, client-focused financial planning in line with FCA regulations and company standards. Build long-term client relationships and support business growth. Use financial planning technology including Conquest, PlannerPal and Power BI. Maintain CPD and regulatory competence. Minimum 5 years' experience as an Independent Financial Adviser. Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) in Financial Planning. Strong knowledge of UK financial services, pensions, investments and protection.
