An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Fee Earner to join an established law firm with a strong client base and ambitions to expand further.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Dealing with transfers of equity and remortgages
- Managing new build and shared ownership transactions
- Maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, brokers and other parties
- Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and proactively
- Delivering excellent client care and maintaining professional standards
- Building and maintaining introducer relationships
About You
- Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Qualified or experienced as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Conveyancing Fee Earner
- Strong organisational, communication and client care skills
- Able to manage a busy caseload efficiently and independently
- Proactive, commercially aware and client-focused
- A team player who takes pride in delivering a high-quality service
- Existing introducer relationships or local market connections would be advantageous but are not essential
