My client is a leading property tax and professional services firm, looking to appoint a Capital Allowances Consultant to join their growing London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Capital Allowances specialist or property professional with relevant experience to work on a broad range of client projects, supporting the delivery of claims, technical reports and advisory work.
The role:
- Preparing capital allowances claims across a range of commercial property projects
- Analysing construction cost data, property documentation and financial information
- Producing technical reports and client deliverables
- Supporting client meetings and relationship management
- Working alongside experienced consultants on complex property tax projects
- Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and HMRC guidance
The ideal candidate:
- Around 4-8 years’ experience in capital allowances or a related property/tax discipline
- RICS qualified (MRICS) or working towards a relevant accounting/tax qualification (ATT, ACA, CTA)
- Background in surveying, property, construction, accountancy or tax
- Experience within a consultancy or professional services environment
- Strong analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication ability
