Our client, a highly regarded law firm specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence, is seeking a Solicitor to join its established Spinal Injury team in London. You will work alongside experienced and highly regarded lawyers, handling a varied caseload of complex injury claims, with a particular focus on spinal injury matters. Key responsibilities will include: Providing a high-quality, client-focused service throughout the lifecycle of each claim. Managing a caseload of complex, primarily multi-track personal injury and clinical negligence claims. Acting for claimants in high-value and catastrophic injury matters. Conducting legal research and preparing correspondence, pleadings and other legal documentation. Working in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant protocols. Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to progress claims effectively. Contributing to the continued development and growth of the firm. The successful candidate will ideally: Be a qualified Solicitor with 3 6 years PQE. Have experience representing claimants in personal injury and/or clinical negligence matters.
