My client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Solicitor to join our busy and well-established Conveyancing Department in their Bolton office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Handle a broad range of property transactions, including sales, purchases and transfers.
- Advise clients throughout the conveyancing process, delivering a high standard of client care.
- Prioritise your workload effectively while meeting key deadlines.
- Delegate work appropriately and support colleagues where required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other professionals.
- Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and generate new business.
- Maintain accurate case records using the firm's case management system.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
About You
- A minimum of 1 year's PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Experience managing your own conveyancing caseload.
- Experience of residential sales, purchases and related property transactions.
- Experience of small business transactions and commercial leases would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills and experience using case management systems.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- A proactive, professional and client-focused approach.
