Job Description My client is looking for an experienced Solicitor or Qualified CILEX Lawyer to join our busy and growing Wills & Probate Department in their Bolton office. Manage your own caseload of Private Client matters from instruction through to completion. Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Testamentary trusts and related estate planning matters Draft Wills, LPAs and other Private Client documentation. Attend client appointments at the office, in care homes and at clients' homes where required. Prepare correspondence and legal documentation to a high standard. Take an active role in your own professional development and continuous learning. Experience advising on testamentary trusts and wider estate planning matters.
