Our client is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join its team in Bedford, Bedfordshire. The role will comprise of advising clients across both Business and Private Immigration matters. The role offers office-based or hybrid working and would suit a solicitor with a strong track record of managing their own caseload.

You will advise clients across a broad range of UK immigration matters, including:

  • Business, work, student, family and visitor visas
  • Visa extension applications
  • Human Rights and Asylum matters

Minimum 3 years' PQE in Immigration Law

Strong experience across both Business and Private Immigration

Excellent knowledge of current immigration law and procedure

Office-based or hybrid working
