Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator with at least 2 years’ bureau payroll experience looking for your next opportunity?

As a Payroll Administrator, you will manage a portfolio of client payrolls across a range of sectors, ensuring accurate and timely processing while providing a high level of client service.

Responsibilities

  • Processing weekly, fortnightly, 4-weekly and monthly client payrolls.
  • Processing starters, leavers, salary changes and payroll adjustments.
  • Producing payslips, P45s and payroll reports.
  • Reconciling HMRC accounts and dealing with HMRC queries.
  • Managing Auto-Enrolment processes and pension submissions.
  • Dealing with client queries and requesting payroll information.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and meeting deadlines.
  • Managing multiple client payrolls across a varied portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ payroll bureau experience.
  • Strong knowledge of PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP and SPP.
  • Knowledge of Auto-Enrolment and pension processes.
  • Experience managing multiple client payrolls.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicating with clients.
  • Good IT skills, including Excel and payroll software.
