We are looking for a friendly, organised Administrative Assistant to support a busy office for our client in Horsham on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Booking meeting rooms and preparing meeting facilities
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Typing correspondence, scanning documents and filing
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
What We Are Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Friendly, professional and approachable manner
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other IT systems
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Previous administration experience preferred; accountancy practice experience is beneficial but not essential
