Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Advisory Manager to manage a portfolio of clients, deliver high-quality accountancy and tax advisory services, and support the development of both the team and the wider business.
Purpose of the Role: To manage and develop a client portfolio by delivering expert accountancy, tax planning and advisory services while building strong client relationships and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accountancy, tax compliance and advisory services.
- Prepare and review accounts, tax computations and advisory work, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
- Provide advice across a range of tax matters, identifying planning opportunities and delivering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser.
- Lead, mentor and develop junior team members through coaching and technical support.
- Manage workflow, work in progress and billing to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Identify business development opportunities and support the growth of existing and new client relations.
