My Client is seeking an experienced Wills Probate Practitioner to join their established Private Client team based in their Huddersfield offices. The Role You will be responsible for managing a broad caseload of private client matters, including: β’ Drafting Wills. β’ Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney. β’ Trust administration. β’ Probate and estate administration. β’ Advising clients on a range of private client matters from initial instruction through to conclusion. β’ Building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client care. β’ Conducting client meetings, including occasional home visits where required. β’ Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
