My client is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Qualified CILEX Lawyer to join their growing Private Client team in there Manchester based office. Key Responsibilities • Manage your own caseload of Private Client matters from instruction through to completion. • Advise clients on: - Wills - Lasting Powers of Attorney - Probate and Estate Administration - Court of Protection matters • Draft Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and other associated legal documents. • Prepare and submit Probate Registry applications. • Provide compassionate, professional advice to elderly clients and bereaved families. • Attend client appointments at the office, in care homes and at clients' homes where required. • Maintain accurate case records using the case management system. • Prepare correspondence, reports and legal documentation to a high standard. • Meet agreed deadlines and maintain excellent file management. • Support business development by networking and identifying opportunities to introduce additional legal services to existing clients. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional client experience. • Take an active role in your own professional development and continuous learning.
