An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, to join a growing and supportive Residential Property team. You will have responsibility for managing your own caseload of residential property matters, with strong support from an experienced team and genuine opportunities for progression.

The Role

You will manage residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions progress efficiently and clients are kept informed throughout.

  • Managing sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters
  • Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and other third parties
  • Providing a high level of client care and maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Progressing transactions efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and AML requirements

About You

We are looking for an organised, proactive and client-focused residential property professional with previous experience managing their own caseload. Applications are welcomed from:

You will ideally have:

  • Strong residential conveyancing experience
