This is an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified or junior Employment Solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive environment, with significant client exposure and hands-on experience from day one. You will work closely with experienced lawyers and benefit from direct one-to-one training from a City-trained solicitor. Key Responsibilities • Advising clients on a range of employment law matters. • Assisting with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support. • Drafting correspondence, contracts, settlement agreements and other legal documentation. • Conducting legal research and providing clear, commercially focused advice. • Building and maintaining strong client relationships. • Working towards practical and commercial solutions for clients. • Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring deadlines are met. • Supporting the wider team as required.
