This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fee earner to join a supportive team and manage a varied caseload while delivering high-quality legal advice and exceptional client care. The Role As an Industrial Disease Fee Earner, you will manage your own caseload of Industrial Disease claims from initial instruction through to conclusion. You will be expected to work proactively, maintain high standards of client care and ensure matters are progressed efficiently and in accordance with relevant legislation and procedural requirements.
